Be Clear On Your Position-Ethics is a Long Term Practice
Have you ever felt awkward and uncomfortable about the way a conversation is going - personally or in work ? A feeling you are being led into something that doesn't feel right ?
Not different in the respect of breaking through a comfort zone to grow personally. Not right because the path suggested is in conflict with your beliefs and values.

We all get these situations. With a partner. With school friends growing up. On nights out with friends. In work when a colleague or associate is pushing the envelope to find a new way or a short cut to make business gains.

These are the moments of our life. The choices and decisions you make define and reinforce who you are.
Your actions, your participation, your support, your blind eye, create a memory to reinforce your belief and your values.
The values you stand for. The values others will judge you by.

The sum of these actions and decisions are your ethics. Your moral code of beliefs of what's right and wrong, and which side of the line you stand.
Everything is relative. Two different positions doesn't make one right and one wrong - it means you have two different people to deal with.

When we make our relationships in family, work, friends we form groups of common ethics, beliefs and values. Enjoy and prosper from that.

Ensure you understand that when someone suggests action that breaches your ethical position.
An ethical breach could be a breach of trust. Once broken trust can never be the same. Your family, your career, your business, your work, your reputation, can be lost and destroyed.
Be good to yourself.
