Don't Take Your Fatigue Outside

Have you ever been physically tired,

Have you ever felt unwell,

Have you ever felt frustration at the ability to get the job done?

We’ve all had such days with one or all the factors kicking in.

The question is did you take it out on others?

Your Problem

Despite what we might wish for no one cares for your problem.

The customer wants the job done.

The supplier wants paying.

The employer wants your work. 

Some loved ones may care to listen. 

When we do that we need to take care not to get into a cycle of negativity with them. 

A professional coach or counsellor could provide an outlet.

You have to work it out for yourself and take responsibility for your feelings and behaviour.

Take care to avoid the negative feelings and emotions within you to come out in such a way that you create a negative impact on the people and the surroundings of your world.

Slamming your hand down on the desk might hurt your hand.

Slamming your hand down on a printer might break the printer. 

Bawling out an employee or loved one could break a relationship or leave it tainted. 

Above all a release of massive negative energy in one burst could cause a serious health issue for yourself. 

Breath

Take a moment. 

Take a deep breath. 

Ask your self questions. 

Write them down. 

Help someone else. 

Take that moment to ride the wave of emotion and start to deal with your problem.
