The role of a leader is in part to train others to do.

You could hire ‘experts’ with specialist skills in certain areas who know better than you.

To both types we could delegate work and tasks.

Delegation takes time and skill and patience.

The outcome? The job gets done when you delegate with a fraction of your time. Allowing you the freedom to do more.

Until you have more jobs than you can manage to delegate?

What do you do then?

Say no.

Turn away work and jobs you cannot delegate and fit in time.

It is better to complete all your commitments well, rather than try to do more badly or not at all.
