Do you know habits and routines make life easier ?

Your muscles and brain learn how to do things subconsciously without the expensive resource use of conscious thought and effort. 

Start a new year habit with resolutions and goals  is always difficult and why so many fail in those first 60 days of an otherwise happy new year. 

If you understand it takes 2/3 months to establish a new behavioural habit for it to become routine and requiring only unconscious effort then you could harden your resolution to complete the process of adopting and creating the new habit. 

To manage the process measure your training of your new habit daily. It is hard at the beginning, gets harder in the middle before gradually easing up as the new behaviour is fully wired into your system. Repeat 60 times.

After 60 days your new  habits  are installed.

The discipline of that process will help you stay there.
