Have you ever been tempted to finish early ? Or stay in bed an extra hour instead of working out?

Or left work early because you are ‘tired’?

That’s ok - for the right reasons as long as you get your shift done. 

If something comes up and needs an adjustment you could do that. 

If you come up short of rest and sleep 💤 it’s ok to stay in bed your full 8 hours. 

It could be your body is not a in balance with the schedule for movement and nutrition and has a short term fatigue. A 10 minute water cooler break may fix that. 

BLOCK IT OUT

If your day is time blocked into units of time with similar activity types or just for organising your days you gain flexibility. 

You could sleep over and have a long morning working out and getting started on the day. 

You could swap an early lunch for extra afternoon session. 

You could swap evening dinner time for 4pm high tea time and put in that extra shift or meeting with friends. 

Once in a routine of time blocks when organising your days you have a way to adapt within the day to ensure your get your shift done ✅
