Have you ever become discouraged, that what you want is too big, too far away, beyond you?
That weight, that body , that partner, that job, that target, that dream?
I have. When I was younger the little question ''what is the point...?'' Came into my mind.
The self doubt, the lack of confidence and believe in me and my goals.
Why would I keep asking, keep making the effort, trying again.
If it failed once it would fail again?

I sulked about it for a few days and then learned my lesson. 3 distinctions that have me power and enthusiasm to rise and shine everyday and go again. I share them here.
