If I have an EU Citizen residents permit before Brexit Day can I still live and work abroad in Cyprus?

If you are a UK Expat living and working abroad in Cyprus with a Yellow Slip.

After EU Brexit your status will change and you will have to change your residency status with one of 3 options:

  1. To a non EU temporary visa up to 5 years - pink slip

  2. To a permanent residency permit - 10 year residency visa with free movement to live and work between uk and cyprus 

  3. To apply for duel citizenship with a cyprus passport along side your home country UK passport 

These options generally exist for each EU country, and for UK citizens. 

The UK have guaranteed lifetime residency rights for EU Expats even with a No Deal Brexit
