Have you ever blamed someone for your bad luck?

We all could and do these things at times. That the cheque bounced, that you have to finish the job, that the dishes are left for washing up.
ACCEPTANCE
What if you accepted the responsibility for everything that went wrong in your life?
That is not to accept the blame.
A judge in the court room decides who is to blame for the crime or accident. The thief or the careless driver.
What if you accepted full responsibility for your home security and driving. Acknowledged you could have taken additional or different actions to secure the building or drive a different route.

This is a leadership position.
If you take the lead to accept responsibility for running a large corporation or country, you become the leader.
Everything that happens on your watch is your responsibility.
Accept that. Plan ahead. Anticipate. Delegate and involve others.
DISTINCT
Things will go wrong. The leader may not be the cause of that, not personally to blame, but the leader can still take responsibility.
People will respect that.
Follow that lead.
They will see in you a responsible leader.
