Sometimes taking the short sleep when you body is calling is the best thing for mental health.

If it hurts or is uncomfortable it’s not doing any good.

Listen to your body.

Take a short 20 minute sleep when needed

Like a car needs to refuel with petrol every now and then.

That 30 minutes out of your day will improve productivity and provide the oil to keep your engine running the whole day.
