Early to Bed Early to Rise

Humans work in daily rhythms.

Our inner body clock is in part controlled by our natural world.

We rest and sleep in the dark.

We are active in the day.

The moon cycle is a moonth long.

Given we have a natural clock we can amend it but on reflection you find people go to bed and get up in the morning at the same time.

CHOOSE

You could choose to sleep in, wake up with the alarm, in a state of alarm, to quickly rush to be ready and off to your days work or study.

Humans generally sleep 7-8 hours anyway. The body is designed for that. Without that period of regular sleep your body becomes distressed.

So sleeping in with a morning rush is in fact a lifestyle choice to stay up late.

If you go to bed at 10 you naturally rise around 6.

9-5.

EARLY START

What if you choose to have some ‘me’ time in the morning ?

No work, no kids, no media?

A time for your own indulgence. To review and reflect on your days.

Clarify your objectives and learning.

Confirm your schedule and agenda for the day.

To exercise, walk, run and swim.

Then enjoy a family breakfast.

RISE

There is an old saying early to bed, early to rise, makes someone healthy, wealthy and wise.
