Link Habits to a Time

Have you ever said one day I will do that.... someday I am going to fly there... ?

We all have new year resolutions, new goal setting, new starts, changes we decide to apply in our lives.

But do these new resolutions stick?

Maybe not.

THAT TIME

When we go to work, catch a bus, have dinner we fix a time around that habit. Habits are routine actions for humans, without conscious effort as that makes for hard work for anyone.

TIME LIMITS

Why can some people do more with the same time and days?

We all have the same time in a day.

Because more productive people link simple and complex tasks to times.

For me 6PM is happy hour , a time after the work day to relax and reward with dinner, family and cocktails!

PRACTICE

Make a fixed time for any new routine and after two months of effort it will begin to work as a habit for you.

This could be anything. Family time, exercise, run, team work, finances, study, social media.

Fix a time, start and stop in time and easily get more done.
