Manage Compartments

Life has many strands.

Work. Study. Hobby. Family. Children. Health. Fitness. Community.

Each take time.

Each can involve more than one component.

COMPARTMENT

As the size of each grows we need to compartmentalise to cope and focus on progressing our goals.

AN ARMY OF PEOPLE

In an army the basic unit of command is a squad of 2-10 people with a sergeant in charge.

Because this is how human society has evolved and organises - a squad, a team, a family.

Generally a human can cope with a small group of relations before losing control. 6 people +/- 4 is often the size of most families or business units , if you think about it.

The army compartmentalise the squad as a team to perform a function.

YOUR GROUPS

When running a business or a work / family / hobby lifestyle it is important to manage each part separately.

This could be by disciplined time management. Doing as scheduled at that time.

Or it could be by delegating supervision to others like a manager or a nanny housekeeper or a sergent.

COPING

Once you manage each separate grouping in your life as your squad with disciplined time management, then you could move on.

That means getting help or delegating to nanny’s, Cleaner’s, supervisors, managers. My favourite would be a chauffeur.

Bigger and better.
