Have you ever struggled to get the job done for the lack of missing information?

We all have done at some times. The unexpected can happen- sometimes.
More often the cause is incomplete preparation caused by poor organisation.
FIRST
First thing is always to organise the data. With new business customers you need the core information to serve them, their needs, their wants maybe their contact information if relevant to your product and service.
The same is true of a doctor, teacher, general. Before you begin you must organise your data.
INFORMATION
This is generally collating the information in the appropriated format. Paper documents. Online forms. Meeting notes. Establishing the objectives and outcome of the project.
The skill of organisation is to include the right information in an understandable way so the job can be done efficiently and effectively.
JOB DONE
The work still needs preparing to hold the business meeting with the appropriate documents, presentation and report.
The doctor could then do tests before prescribing treatment.
The teacher can prepare their lesson or mark papers before giving the lecture or marks.
All this can be done very well when organised first.
