Think about this next time.

RIGHT

We can be right correct, right morally, right on time, or do the right thing.

All these right things are by implication seen in a social conscience, by what is judged right by the people in your family, team or community.

SELF RIGHT

We could be righteous thinking that we are right by some form of superiority that has you believe you are right whatever anyone else in the community thinks.

You may be right, you may be wrong.

If you are certain you are right correct and refuse to consider what others think then things could go wrong.

In human social groups be they family, work or sports teams or your village community, there is a social norm created that judges what is right or wrong.

STEP FORWARD

To make right decisions and judgements we have to have right and wrong acceptable to the group norms and values.

That may mean finding a new job or community or country. One that you can be comfortable in. One where you can be comfortably right and not cast as self righteous and wrong.

This is the balance between pioneer and outcast.
