Then you have to complete the preparation in order to deliver on time. 

This organisation may take a big effort, or allot of time.  It may only be as long as putting your running kit on. 

If you properly organised and complete preparations, despite the additional pressure  on your daily routines and habits, then, you will complete the additional commitments in good time.
