We can all get overwhelmed by the demands of exam study, work deadlines, young children, or living its self.

While we grapple with the constraints of lockdown we yearn for those liberties deprived us in going about our daily lives.

It could all become too much.

These tough times requires a resilience that must come from within that can then enable you and the people around you to thrive.

The start point has to be your purpose. Whatever you are doing should be for a reason important to you not just for today but for your lifetime.

PURPOSEFUL

What is that purpose for you?

You could write it down. In a journal you read each day or on a label fixed on your fridge or mirror. Somewhere where you can see and read it at least once a day.

That purpose statement becomes an external reference point to reset your thinking especially in demanding times.

The visibility and habit or reading each day helps you stay focused on what’s important to you.

You can be happy with that.
