Have you ever felt like you are lost?

I know when I start a phrase ‘I need help’ , I need to take breath ... and pause.
Am I trying to dump my worries and concerns on someone else ?
Or am I looking to lead and inspire the people around me that I love?
Be sure what you want.

More so consider the other person. How are they feeling? How are they coping ? Are they capable of giving more at this time? Or are they struggling to cope with their world?

The world needs balance. You could give, or, take energy. All that you give will come back to you, if you trust your resources and capacity to win the struggle.
If you need help, take care of yourself.
Give energy, help and assistance to others.
