Work Remotely Not from Home

We are learning to work in different places but not necessarily in an office or workplace with colleagues and clients around you.

That’s a necessity of pandemic as well as an opportunity of technology.

If our work is 7 hours a day on a computer and talking to people during that time, we could do that on a mobile or laptop.

In any location. Cyprus. Portugal. Welsh coast. Maldives.

HOME WORK

Our one fixed location is our home.

We know not to mix work and home life - a difficult challenge for many in the old world.

Now we have a new challenge working remotely from our team.

With a mindset I am working from home it would be easy to stay in your onesies for the day, don’t shower or shave. Who will see?

GO TO WORK

If we go out to work we often get dressed up to be presentable.

Our work uniform is not the cloths we would wear at home.

So when working remotely from a home location we have to set our selves some rules.

Dress for work
Work time discipline.
Start and stop on time
Create a place for work and work only.
Don’t be distracted by family or the fridge.

HEALTHY LIVING

This way we can stay in shape mentally and complete work effectively.

You can get home from work change and relax.

You have saved the commute time , that is the gain to your personal life.

Don’t ruin it by becoming unproductive and being laid off as your employers fortunes change and adapt to the new world.
