Your Body Will Find a Way

Do you ever struggle to keep your weight down? Do you experience the pounds going on easily but stubbornly not coming off?

All human bodies do especially as the get older.

As we grow up and age less energy is needed for growth , then slowly over the years the metabolic rate slows down.

If we are not careful we become overweight for ever.

-

The body finds a way to deal with the excess carbohydrates put into our systems. Including storing it as fat in our body, because it is so overwhelmed with calories it can’t clean it out through the ‘normal channels’ !

Standard food recommendations for population is a nonsense if you think about it. Everybody is a difference size and shape. Everybody’s activity levels vary through a day.

Each person has there own metabolic rate, dietary and nutritional needs.

One diet does not fit all.

It could be a guide, for creating your own personal diet.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

The body under normal lifestyle with regular food, doesn’t need food for instant energy release generally as it stores some glucose and glycogen for energy as a natural process.

When a human eats it takes around 9 hours to absorb that meal and the energy carbohydrates in it.

Complicated by the insulin factor at work which gives a sugar dip around 3-4 hours. Snack time.

So a human could eat a meal, get hungry after 3 hours and snack, but anyway eats 3 meals during a 16 hour waking day every 5 hours.

The outcome - unconsciously humans living in a modern industrial world are constantly supplying their bodies with glucose and never using the stores it also build a up as glycogen or fat.

Eating a recommended balanced daily diet for adults with low activity levels is a recipe for weight gain and ill health.

-

The body can sustain energy out put in other ways than superficial sugar burns. To do this a human need to consider what they need.

Take all the nutrition you need daily in essential proteins, oils and fats, and micronutrients found in greens, seeds, fruits and berries.

Carbohydrate is not a daily essential food for humans. You don’t need to eat pasta, rice, bread and flour / sugar rich foods.

Generally you could find your nutrition and get all the carbohydrates you need.

A human body will find balance using any fat stores in the body for energy if needed.

Keeping us healthy and wise as we age.

If you let your body do the work.

Listen to what you body needs not what it is addicted to and stay in control of you health wealth amd happiness.
