Italy's Expat Scheme Offers Up To A 90% Reduction In Tax!

Italy have implemented a 5 year tax reduction scheme of 70% for expats moving to Italy with up to 90% in some regions.

There is also an option to extend for another 5 years with a 50% tax reduction.

The scheme is designed to attract expats to Italy with a focus on the poorer South of Italy to boost their economy.

A limitation of this scheme is that you must declare your worldwide income in Italy which means after the scheme ends you must begin paying Italian tax on 100% of your worldwide income.

If you're a contractor or remote worker, this offers an amazing opportunity for you to experience everything Italy has to offer - the sun, the food, the art and culture - before moving on after 5/10 years should the tax burden of up to 43% become too much.

For people retiring, although you may be retiring for 20 years or more you may find that the reduction in tax for 10 years still outweighs paying 100% tax elsewhere, such as in low tax jurisdictions, for the same period.

As if Italy wasn't an attractive enough destination, this scheme certainly makes Italy one of the most attractive expat locations in Europe in 2021.

YouTube Cancels ProACT Sam

Last week YouTube Banned our video entitled “Why are the UK so slow in allowing double jabbed citizens to travel again?”

We were asking a legitimate question: “With 58% of UK adults now double jabbed, why can’t those people get on with their lives and travel?”.

The only place you can now watch it is on our Telegram Channel . Watch it and let us know what you think in the comments!
