Do The Little Things Now
If something comes up you could accept to do it or decline.
If you accept it do the little things now.
That means 1 or 2 minutes.
Decisions. Replies. Routine hand overs. Filing. A hug. A thank you. A deep breath.
AVOID DISTRACTION
Everything else is a distraction from your planned and scheduled events.
You could well have allowed time in your day for the little things and get them done, along with coffee breaks and move time.
Your scheduled events are commitments to you and people around you.
That is your priority.
DO OR DO NOT OR DO NOTE
Yes do the little things now, everything else is a note added to the to do list and then carry on with the schedule. Do not be distracted from your commitments.
CLEARLY UP
When it is quicker to do the little thing now, if not already rejected, it helps to reduce clutter and distraction and overload.
It is very productive to do the relevant little things as you go.
