Have you ever been the boss but you find yourself doing all the work?

Did you ever get complaints from the people around you that you failed to deliver and they are still waiting on you?

LITTLE STUCK

In a way this can happen to us all.

A parent does everything for their baby but as they grow older children could take on more looking after the family and after the parents.

The boss has to lead from the front and put in the hours. Then they should train and delegate to the team building around the hours of effort.

A parent or boss, who cannot transition by letting go and give responsibility to others, will get stuck.

The child could feel smothered and rebel or up and leave.

In work some will take advantage by sitting back and letting the boss keep doing the work while the good people will up and leave.

SPACE RACE

We should learn to trust ourselves and others around us to learn and grow. As sure as day follows night, brick on brick build something of substance in your life, family, team, business and community.

Give those looking up to your lead the space to grow forward.

Never a smooth path but a happy one.
