Cyprus Tax Return Deadline Extended, Again

The 2019 Cyprus online tax return deadline has been extended again to 15th December 2020.

The previous deadline was the 30th November but with 40% of due returns not yet filed the Cyprus Tax office have extended the deadline for 4th time this year.

If you have tax to pay or total income of €19500 a return needs to be submitted & tax paid.

Expats need to consider :

  1. Do I have flat rate tax to pay for saving and investment income?

  2. Do I have dividend income to declare and pay tax on?

  3. What liability do I have to health tax?

  4. UK public service pensions can be taxable in UK or Cyprus ? Have you registered this?

  5. Have you exemptions for non-don savings taxes?

  6. Have you exemption for Health taxes?

  7. Should I be or am I paying Social Insurance in Cyprus ? This is now linked to the tax return.

  8. Have you tax to pay in cyprus it can only be done on line after the submission of a tax return or self assessment. Do you need help?

Brexit, Covid and Tax return deadlines all in one month.

You could love it or hate it,

But we all live with it.
